Job Description
Job Overview Duties Lead participants through high ropes course activities with clear instructions and enthusiastic encouragement Conduct safety briefings, harness fittings, and equipment checks to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed [part-time position, flexible schedule with competitive pay rate]
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead participants through ropes courses practice area.
- Train participant on safety and effective use of all equipment.
- Create a safe, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for all participants.
- Facilitate the challenge course experience.
Qualifications :
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for guiding others.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
Pay:
$15.00- $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 10.0
