Part-Time, 4 hours per day

Monday-Thursday:

3:00 PM-7:00

PM Friday:

6:00 PM-10:00 PM About the Position Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula is looking for an energetic, responsible, and positive Teen Center Assistant to join our team! The Teen Center Assistant will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where teens can build relationships, have fun, develop new skills, and reach their full potential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with teens, is dependable, and can serve as a positive role model. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with Club members in a safe and positive environment. Build positive relationships with teens and encourage participation in Club activities. Assist with games, activities, recreation, arts, homework help, and special programs. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Teen Center. Support Club rules, policies, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with teens, families, and other staff. Assist with transportation of Club members as needed. Serve as a positive role model and demonstrate professionalism and respect. Assist with special events, field trips, and other Teen Center activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 13-passenger van. Ability to pass required background checks and meet Boys & Girls Clubs employment requirements. Ability to work the required schedule. Reliable, responsible, and dependable. Ability to communicate effectively with youth and adults. Ability to work as part of a team. Experience working with youth or teens is preferred, but not required.
