Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner. Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner. Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations. De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.

PAID Training Schedule :

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 3 weeks Shifts available: 5 days a week (1 Weekend day & 1 Weekday off) Must be available for any 8-hr shift between 9am - 12am midnight

Pay:

$16.19/hr plus performance pay Must be FULLY Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Salary & Benefits:
