Ticket Sales Associate Location:

Job Overview:

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our front-line guest services team! As a Ticket Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for guests—helping them purchase tickets, check in, and enjoy a smooth and safe tubing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner Sell and print tubing tickets using our point-of-sale system Check in customers and ensure they complete required liability waivers Provide updates on weather-related delays or cancellations Assist with rescheduling or processing refunds when needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk or ticket booth area Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude Support the team with other guest service tasks as needed

Requirements:

Friendly and approachable personality with great communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays Basic computer or point-of-sale (POS) system experience is a plus Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure or during weather-related changes Must be dependable and punctual

Job Types:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
