We're looking for a friendly, dependable RV Reservations Specialist to join our team at our Hurst, Texas office.

Your job is simple:

help people find the right place to stay and get their reservation booked. Our guests contact us by calling our campgrounds or submitting inquiries through our websites. You'll answer incoming calls, respond to online leads, answer questions, and sometimes call interested guests back to help them complete their reservation. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls from people interested in staying at our campgrounds Respond quickly to new website inquiries and reservation leads Call back guests who have requested information Answer questions about pricing, availability, amenities, RV sites, cabins, and campground locations Help guests choose the right site for their stay Book reservations and collect required deposits or payments Follow up with interested guests who haven't booked yet Help existing guests with basic reservation questions or changes Keep accurate notes and make sure leads don't get forgotten This is not a cold-calling position. The people you'll contact have already called us, visited one of our websites, or requested information about staying at one of our campgrounds. Compensation $18/hour + $1 for every new reservation you personally book. There is no cap on the booking bonus . The more guests you help get booked, the more you can earn. Who We're Looking For You don't need RV park experience. We're looking for someone who: Is friendly and confident on the phone Provides genuinely good customer service Is comfortable calling back warm leads Can learn multiple campground locations and reservation software Responds quickly and follows through Is organized and doesn't let leads fall through the cracks Is dependable and shows up ready to work Enjoys helping people and closing the reservation Experience in hospitality, hotels, reservations, customer service, call centers, inside sales, or travel is a plus.
