JOB SUMMARY

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of your restaurant. You will be responsible for overall restaurant operations, including hiring & training staff, budgeting, food orders, labor costs, and ensure that all food is cooked to order and brand standards. We will provide training to set you up for success.

SKILLS NEEDED

Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong background in restaurant management
• Proficient in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Excellent communication skills for effective team management
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a hospitality setting
• Familiarity with inventory control and POS systems
• Previous experience in fast-paced dining environments
• Certification or training in food service management is a plus
