Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders Drive a culture focused on guest satisfaction, speed, and service excellence Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and overall profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results Create a positive and accountable team environment Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience required Multi-unit or QSR leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing labor, sales goals, and financial performance Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
