Role:

As Front of House Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operation, responsible for: Managing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination Hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team to deliver exceptional service Maintaining food quality, health and safety standards, and operational procedures Overseeing inventory, budgeting, and cost control initiatives Creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth Building relationships with guests and implementing feedback to enhance their experience Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies

Pay:

$78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
