Job Description

The Pan Restaurant is looking to hire a cashier/Drive Thru Cashier for our fast-paced environment. This position will handle all "to go" orders by phone, walk ins, or thru 3rd parties (Postmates, Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc). Cashier is responsible for entering the order in the system, identifying the food once cooked, packing food, answering the phone and charging customers. They will make all drinks, provide food for dine in customers. They will work Drive Thru window taking orders.THE SHIFTS ARE MORNING SHIFTS. 7
45am to 3:30pm Saturday/Sunday/Monday ONLY Prior Cash Handling/Drive Thru and Excellent Customer Service experience required. Must be available weekends and Holidays. We are looking for an individual with a great personality, pleasant, loves to smile, loves to communicate with people, friendly and customer service oriented. Must be a team player and be able to work in fast paced environment. This is a MUST. The Pan is known for the Amazing food we serve as well as the Amazing Service we provide. - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers using POS system
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Previous food service, or hospitality setting experience is a plus
