Key Accountabilities Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests Plan, organize, control and direct front-line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
