Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Lead and motivate a diverse team of culinary and front-of-house staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Supervise food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure efficient staffing levels to meet customer demand Conduct regular staff training on food production, customer service standards, and safety protocols Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense reduction Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership, staff training, and interviewing skills Strong understanding of food safety management practices and compliance standards Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead hospitality teams effectively Experience in managing budgets, conducting inventory control, and performing profit & loss analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Casual dining or banquet experience is preferred; catering or bar experience is a plus Valid managerial certification or assistant manager experience is desirable Join us as our General Manager - Restaurant to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
