Working Hours:

Shift-based schedule within store hours of 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM; 8-hour shifts (early/late rotation) ◉

Job Duties:

・Manage and lead a kitchen team of approximately 3-6 staff members ・Prepare hand rolls and perform basic fish cutting/filleting ・Oversee food ingredient inventory management ・Create and manage staff shift schedules ・Report operational updates to headquarters ※ Further details will be explained during the interview.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

・Prior leadership/supervisory experience in restaurant or food service industry required ・Basic inventory and/or sales management experience preferred ・Kitchen/food preparation experience a plus
