Standard benefits The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations at Tiki Kai, a vibrant, high-volume neighborhood restaurant and bar with a lively coastal atmosphere, elevated casual dining, and a strong cocktail program. This role requires an outgoing, hands-on leader who thrives in an energetic environment and knows how to balance exceptional hospitality with operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous AGM or Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar-driven concept Strong beverage knowledge and experience overseeing busy bar and dining operations Confident floor leadership, team development, and guest relations skills Experience with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls Responsibilities Support daily FOH and bar operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction Lead and develop service teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Oversee scheduling, labor controls, inventory, and daily operational standards Partner with bar and culinary leadership to maintain consistency and service quality Foster a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere and strong guest relationshipsBenefits
