Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for our Pizza restaurant to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality, safety, and consistency Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring efficient shift management Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and minimize waste through effective inventory control Handle cash management duties including POS system operation (Aloha POS, Micros POS), cash handling, and reconciliation Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize revenue streams and control costs Develop staffing schedules aligned with business needs while managing labor costs Foster a welcoming environment that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and supplies Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales growth

Experience:

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and cost analysis Experience supervising teams Strong background in staff training, development, and team leadership Previous roles involving restaurant management or food service management are highly desirable Competence in handling cash transactions accurately and managing budgets effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, training, and staff supervision
