Directs P&L performance, labor controls, COGS, and daily restaurant execution while maintaining high brand standards.

General Manager Requirements:

At least 3+ yrs as a General Manager in an upscale concept

Proven Stability:

Demonstrates a history of consistent, long-term employment with previous employers rather than frequent job changes.

Career Consistency:

Shows a strong commitment to past roles, reflecting reliability and stability in employment history.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to inspire, manage, and hold a diverse team accountable in a fast-paced environment.
