Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and consistency. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to ensure cost-effective food management. Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures and enforce compliance with all health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
