General Manager - Dog Haus "Head of the Pack"

As the "Head of the Pack," you'll oversee operations, financial performance, and most importantly, deliver an unforgettable guest experience. Dog Haus is a craft casual concept—serving award-winning hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and more in a fun, upbeat environment. We also have full bar and 24 taps.

Pay & Schedule:

$30/hour, 45 hours per week.

Annualized compensation range:

Restaurant hours are 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, seven days a week. What You'll Do Hire, train, and inspire your team to deliver excellence every shift Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory while driving profitability Create efficient schedules to ensure coverage at peak hours Champion food safety, alcohol service standards, and compliance Represent Dog Haus in the community and grow catering/business partnerships What We're Looking For 3+ years in quick service or fast casual restaurant management (craft casual/craft bar concepts preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills Experience with POS, scheduling, and inventory systems Full bar management experience and BOH experience.
