We're looking for someone who understands that great operations and great numbers go hand in hand. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing people while also taking ownership of sales, labor, expenses, and overall location performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead the day-to-day operations of the entire location Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong opening team Build a positive, accountable, sales-focused team culture Create schedules based on business needs while closely managing labor costs and productivity Monitor sales, payroll, expenses, and other key financial metrics Review location performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve profitability Set expectations and hold team members accountable for performance Train employees on guest service, sales, upselling, operational procedures, and safety Develop supervisors and team leads who can effectively run shifts Ensure escape rooms, lobby areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces are maintained to a high standard Manage inventory, purchasing, vendors, and operating expenses Troubleshoot operational and facility issues as they arise Help drive local sales, group events, corporate bookings, and repeat business Work closely with ownership and leadership to establish goals and report on location performance Maintain company policies, procedures, and brand standards What We're Looking For We're looking for a manager who is equally comfortable leading a team and managing the numbers .

The right candidate will have:

Previous General Manager, Store Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership experience Experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing employees Strong understanding of labor management, scheduling, payroll, and operating costs Ability to read and understand sales reports and basic P&L/financial information A track record of improving sales or operational performance Strong organization and problem-solving skills Confidence holding employees accountable while maintaining a positive workplace Excellent communication and guest-service skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the location Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, attractions, or other high-volume guest-facing businesses is a plus. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means building a location that is well staffed, well trained, operationally organized, financially responsible, and consistently delivering an excellent guest experience. We want a General Manager who looks beyond simply getting through the day.
