Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our signature dining outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management. They will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency, financial performance and adherence to company standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational, hospitality and people-management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction Recruit, train and motivate front-of-house staff Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service Monitor labor costs, food & beverage costs and implement strategies to meet financial goals Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues effectively & efficiently Support marketing efforts and promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement Lead by example in fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment Requirements Proven experience (3 years minimum) in a restaurant management role, preferably in a resort or hotel setting Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine and bar management Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night, weekends and holidays ServSafe or equivalent certification What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Health, dental and vision insurance options Paid Time Off Employee discounts on dining, lodging and marina services Opportunities for career growth within our resort family
