Essential Functions:

• Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Maintain and update the reservations list.
• Greet and escort members and guests to their tables.
• Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials.
• Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S system.
• Liaison between kitchen and servers.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction by providing assistance throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain ambiance of Club areas including lighting, music level and cleanliness.
• Serve as MOD and follow opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Intellectual Demands:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Physical and environmental demands:

• Most work is performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions.
• The majority of the job requires, long hours, excessive standing for long periods of time.

This role requires consistent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, kneeling and repetitive motion.
