Burger Monger is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager who is passionate about leading people, developing high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding food and guest experiences. This is an opportunity to join a growing brand and play a key role in driving operational excellence while making a lasting impact on the business. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including team development, guest satisfaction, financial performance, food safety, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Deliver exceptional guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns. Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses. Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Analyze sales and operational reports to improve restaurant performance. Oversee scheduling, cash handling, bank deposits, inventory controls, and daily operations. Execute company marketing initiatives and local store promotions. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant General Manager experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Proven ability to drive sales while controlling labor and food costs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
