This is a tight, well-run fast casual store with a team of 8-10 — not a 60-person operation with a bar, a late-night rush, and three managers under you. If you're a strong operator who's tired of 60-hour weeks, closing at 2 AM, and managing chaos, this is the job that lets you actually use your skills and still have a life.
