This is a tight, well-run fast casual store with a team of 8-10 — not a 60-person operation with a bar, a late-night rush, and three managers under you. If you're a strong operator who's tired of 60-hour weeks, closing at 2 AM, and managing chaos, this is the job that lets you actually use your skills and still have a life. What You'll Own Daily operations of a single, streamlined fast casual location Inventory and ordering — placing orders, managing par levels, controlling waste and food cost Labor management — scheduling, hours, overtime control, and hitting labor targets Hiring, onboarding, and developing a team of 8-10 Food quality and consistency — you should know good food when you see it and hold the line on standards Food safety, cleanliness, and health inspection readiness Guest experience and resolving issues on the spot P&L awareness: knowing your numbers and what moves them What We're Looking For 2+ years as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Kitchen Manager in fast casual, QSR, or full service Genuine comfort with ordering, inventory, and food cost control — this is a core part of the job, not an afterthought Working knowledge of labor scheduling and hitting a labor percentage Hands-on leadership: you're on the floor and on the line, not in the office Some culinary understanding — you don't need to be a chef, but you need to know when food isn't right ServSafe Manager certification, or willingness to get certified (we'll help) Dependable, organized, and steady with people What We Offer $50,000 - $52,000 salary , based on experience Health benefits offered Paid time off after one year No late nights — we close early, every night A simple, focused menu and a manageable team size Free or discounted meals A stable, family-founded Tampa Bay company with multiple locations Apply on Indeed today.
