As a restaurant manager you will be assisting the General Manager with the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality Ensure efficient restaurant operation Maintain safety, food quality and customer service standards Lead by example and encourage our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment Assist in delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience Organize and supervise shifts Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain restaurant operations

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Extensive F&B knowledge Working knowledge of basic computer skills (
