Run a Dave's Hot Chicken. We're opening in Idaho Falls this fall. BLT Ventures operates Dave's Hot Chicken restaurants and is opening our first Idaho Falls location. Dave's went from a parking-lot pop-up to one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the country, and this store is the start of our footprint in the region. We're hiring a Manager in Training to open this restaurant with us. You'll start in early October, ahead of the doors opening — hiring crew members, running Brand Standards training with our corporate team, and setting up the operation in conjuction with the Interim Manager. What you'll own P&L performance: food cost, labor, and controllables Hiring, training, scheduling, and developing the entire team Daily execution — speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, guest scores Brand Standards, food safety, and health department compliance Building a crew culture people want to stay in What we're looking for 2+ years as a restaurant manager or a strong assistant manager ready to step up, ideally in high-volume QSR or fast casual You can read a P&L and tell us what you'd change Track record of developing people, not just covering shifts Available nights, weekends, and holidays 21 or older, reliable transportation, valid driver's license ServSafe certification a plus — we'll certify you if not What we offer $48,000-$55,000/year , based on experience Full paid Brand Standards training with the Dave's corporate team before opening Health, dental, vision; 401(k); paid time off Direct support from our operating leadership through the opening and beyond
