POSITION

Fast Track General Manager or Restaurant General Manager Description:

Supervises assigned shift and over all operations of the store in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Supervises hourly employees on assigned shift at the direction of management Direct accountability for all operational results and security (including banking transactions/cash security) for each shift worked Physical Requirements Available to work any time, holidays and week ends. Responsibilities and Duties Maintains focus on restaurant operations and the maximization of sales Ensures adherence to all Federal, State and local laws, as well as company policies.
