The ideal candidate must:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all bakery/deli activities including food prep, product display, and customer service. Be able to maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste, oversee the product freshness, proper labeling, and rotation procedures, and, manage schedules and daily workflow to meet business demands. Have a strong knowledge of food safety standards, productions procedures, and inventory control. Have excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
