Duties Lead the team during assigned shifts, ensuring all operational tasks are executed efficiently and to company standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to guarantee quality, safety, and consistency Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Supervise inventory control procedures including stock replenishment, waste reduction, and food safety compliance Train new staff members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team skills in food service management Ensure adherence to health regulations, safety protocols, and food safety standards across all areas of operation Assist with managing budgets, profit & loss analysis, and cost control initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential Prior experience in managing inventory control, food safety programs, and food production processes Background in hospitality management or culinary arts with a focus on customer service excellence Experience with staff training, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift schedules effectively Knowledge of budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food industry best practices is highly desirable Join us as a Shift Lead Manager to lead vibrant teams in delivering memorable dining experiences!
