Bakery Manager Duties:

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
• Create and implement bakery menus and recipes.
• Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage bakery budget and expenses.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as banquet and catering, to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new baking techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of banquet, hotel, or catering operations is a plus.
• Bartending or coffee experience is a plus.
• Assistant manager experience is a plus.
