Overview Griggsby's Station, a busy gastro pub in downtown Greenfield, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Chef to lead our kitchen. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and willing to work alongside the team—not someone who manages from the office. What You'll Do Lead and motivate the kitchen team Maintain consistent food quality and presentation Manage food cost, waste, inventory, and ordering Schedule and train kitchen employees Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen Help improve recipes, specials, and menu execution Work the line when needed and lead by example What We're Looking For Previous kitchen management, sous chef, or chef experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage food and labor costs Dependable and organized Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen ServSafe certification preferred Why Griggsby's Station?
