Squad General Manager - Smalls Sliders | Kokomo, IN At IndyCraves, we're looking for an exceptional leader to help us build something special as we prepare to open our newest Smalls Sliders location in Kokomo. The Squad General Manager (SGM) will be responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience, building a strong team culture, developing future leaders, and driving operational excellence from day one.
