Shift Manager

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise the performance of team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with team and other members of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items needed with GM
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
• Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficient in food service management practices and procedures
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
