Job Description

Essential Functions:

Serv Safe Manager Certification or ability to become certified immediately

Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and preparing bulk meals

Extensive computer knowledge including microsoft office and google suite

Extensive knowledge of the USDA meal pattern requirements

Preparation for Meals on Wheels and Catering

Supervisory experience preferred but not required

All other duties as assigned by Director
