Responsibilities At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, we are seeking energetic, friendly individuals with a strong work ethic! No specific work experience is required, but customer service experience is a plus. Crew Members and Shift Managers must excel in a fast pace environment, enjoy working in a team setting, and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers. At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Crew Members and Shift Managers do not have to work with grease, fryers, or anything similar. You will enjoy working in this Eat Better, Feel Better environment! Currently hiring Full time or Part time Crew Members/ Shift Managers, varying starting wage depending on experience and availability. We look forward to hearing from you!'
