Overview County Road Brewing is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and help us continue serving great food that pairs perfectly with our craft beer. We are a small operation, family owned and looking for the right individual to be part of our team. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen Schedule and train kitchen staff Assist in hiring kitchen staff

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen management or lead cook experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Team player with a positive attitude Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants or casual dining experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a background in team management and staff training. Knowledge of inventory control methods, food safety standards (including HACCP), and food handling best practices. Experience managing restaurant operations including shift management and food production workflows. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of hospitality service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of culinary techniques with experience working in fast casual restaurant or bar environments is advantageous.
