Job Description

Overview Dynamic Assistant General Manager wanted for our Upscale Casual Restaurant in Townsend! We offer a competitive hourly pay, a 40 hour work week, free shift meals, health and dental insurance. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality service delivery Oversee Quality Bar Output, Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize bar cost. Train, develop, and motivate staff through ongoing training sessions focused on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures Coordinate management activities to ensure efficient and timely service Experience Proven management experience in a full service restaurant environment with a focus on food industry standards Prior assistant manager experience in a restaurant setting with responsibilities spanning shift management and customer service excellence
