Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards Lead and motivate team members, providing training on food preparation, POS systems (such as Aloha and Micros), and customer service techniques Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations Control inventory levels through accurate ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction strategies Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at shift end Supervise kitchen activities including cooking, food production, and ensuring quality standards are met consistently Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff members while supporting ongoing staff training and development Monitor labor costs, manage shift schedules, and analyze profit & loss reports to optimize operational efficiency Ensure a positive dining experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with food safety regulations Experience Proven management experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on team leadership and shift management Extensive background in quick service & fast food restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Experience supervising staff training programs and managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining settings Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety management, and budgeting within a restaurant context Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Strong communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff coaching, and team coordination Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership makes a difference! Pay:
