Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant environment. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased revenue and cost savings while maintaining high service standards. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food service management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively within hospitality or restaurant settings. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to drive business growth. Background in fine dining or casual dining environments with banquet or catering experience is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with excellent managerial communication, team training, and staff development capabilities.
