In this on-site role, you will oversee all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training a friendly, customer-focused team. You will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold food safety and quality standards. The General Manager monitors sales, labor, and profitability, handles cash control, and resolves customer concerns.
