Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Supervise and motivate staff through effective hiring, training, coaching, and development programs Oversee food preparation and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations Lead kitchen management efforts to ensure efficient food production and timely service in our fast casual environment. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate our POS system for accurate cash handling and sales processing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize restaurant profitability Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive dining experience Lead local marketing efforts to drive engagement and involvement within the community Execute and maintain the standards of the Manhattan Pizza brand Experience Proven leadership experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Ability to execute and maintain food industry standards for safety and quality assurance Hands-on experience with POS systems for transaction processing Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, training staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment Ability to oversee shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and effectively Bilingual (Spanish) not required but a plus Join us as a General Manager if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
