Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Utilize Toast POS system or similar software to manage orders, payments, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Night and weekend availability is required as much of the schedule will be on evening shifts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
