with company match Paid Time Off Paid training and leadership development Closed on major holidays What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of the restaurant while working alongside a great team dedicated to delivering a great customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead shifts while creating a positive, energetic work environment Coach, motivate, and develop team members Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations Help oversee inventory, ordering, and product rotation Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods Help achieve restaurant goals for sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction We're Looking For Someone Who Leads by example and isn't afraid to work alongside the team Loves building and developing people Stays calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences Has strong communication and problem-solving skills Is dependable, positive, and self-motivated Wants to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar) Previous experience training and coaching employees High-volume quick service restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and email ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout a shift Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Work at Al's Pizza?
