Duties Lead and manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency, quality service, and adherence to company standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, improve profit margins, and expand business development opportunities. Oversee profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making to optimize store performance. Manage team recruitment, training, coaching, and development to cultivate a motivated and high-performing workforce. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to streamline operations and reduce waste. Drive customer service excellence by ensuring staff deliver memorable experiences that foster loyalty. Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic initiatives, operational goals, and business growth strategies. Foster a positive team environment through effective managerial communication, leadership, and supervision. Experience Proven management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry with a focus on operational leadership. Demonstrated success in profit & loss management, financial analysis, and business development strategies. Strong background in team management, staff training, and leadership development with supervisory experience. Expertise in Excel data analysis for sales tracking, operational metrics, and strategic planning purposes. Experience with project management methodologies and process improvement initiatives such as lean management. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of customer service best practices combined with a data-driven approach to decision making.
