Job Description

Assistant Manager - Trailside Kitchen and Market Trailside Kitchen and Market, located in a scenic resort setting, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Support daily café operations and lead shifts Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory Maintain cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards

Qualifications:

Food service or hospitality experience (supervisor preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
