Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our True Leaf Solutions Team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Duties Oversee daily store operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead and motivate team members by providing clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service Follow all Michigan Cannabis Laws & Regulations Utilize POS systems such as Dutchie for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory audits Supervise staff training and development to enhance skills in cannabis knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures Monitor shift performance, handle customer concerns promptly, and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience Cleaning Organization Shifts would include Mornings (8:00am- 4:00pm), Mid (11:00am-7:00pm), & Night (1:30pm-9:30pm) Expected to cover shifts when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in any type of leading a team or employees Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with excellent leadership skills Familiarity with POS systems like Dutchie for efficient transaction processing Knowledge of the Laws and Regulations of the Michigan Cannabis Industry Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory control Experience in any type of management or shift lead Strong communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, team coordination, and customer interactions Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Shift Lead to inspire our team, elevate guest experiences, and thrive in a vibrant cannabis environment! Pay:

$17.00 - $17.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
