Overview Join our very close team as a Restaurant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining/ice cream experiences! In this energetic and fast paced role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate and manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and contribute to the success of our vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety standards Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain high standards of food safety management Conduct shift management by coordinating schedules, overseeing team performance, and resolving operational issues promptly Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively Skills Experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Proven management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and leading team training initiatives Deep understanding of inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry best practices Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff interviewing, training & development, and customer interactions Ability to manage kitchen operations including food production, ice cream, and coffee service when applicable Strong leadership qualities with experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining settings This role is perfect for motivated professionals passionate about hospitality management who thrive in fast-paced environments.
