Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead the operations of our prestigious golf club and restaurant. This pivotal role combines hospitality management, food service oversight, and team leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for guests. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will ensure that all aspects of the club's food and beverage services, customer satisfaction, and staff performance align with our high standards. Your leadership will foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. Responsibilities Oversee all facets of golf club and restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and facility management. Lead and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, including kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and support personnel. Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations using Club Caddie, Open Table and Microsoft Suite Coordinate shift management, staff scheduling, and training programs to optimize team performance and customer service quality. Implement effective food handling procedures, supervise kitchen operations, and oversee catering and banquet services to ensure seamless execution. Conduct profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize revenue streams while controlling costs. Foster a culture of hospitality excellence through staff training, managerial communication, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations including casual dining, fine dining, catering, or bar service. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills in fast-paced environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and food safety management practices. Proficiency with POS systems like Club Caddie Strong organizational skills in inventory control, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis. Excellent communication abilities for staff training, interviewing potential team members, and managing customer relations. Experience managing hospitality teams in diverse settings including golf and banquet event environments is highly desirable. Pay:
