Job Description
Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow between front and back of house.
- Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Monitor.
- Stock levels and maintain records.
- Support basic financial tasks including cash handling and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate with customers and staff in multiple languages including Arabic and English.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist in training staff and preparing operational reports.
