Grand Dad's Bar is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for kitchen management. This is a full-time position. Must be able to work evenings & weekends. The ideal candidate will have extensive cooking experience in a bar or full service rest with experience in various aspects of food handling and preparation. Responsibilities Help to manage a small, busy kitchen Prepare and cook a simple bar fare menu according to recipes and menu plans, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Help to manage inventory & pars Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items safely, following proper food handling techniques. Uphold high standards of casual dining service, contributing to a neighborhood bar atmosphere. Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to handle the cooking and management with a level temperment Previous restaurant or kitchen management is highly desirable. Previous experience as a cook in bar or restaurant is necessary. Availability to work evenings AND weekends Background in food preparation, cooking, and food service. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.

Pay:

$150.00 - $200.00 per day
