Job Description
Do North Pizzeria & Pub is a family owned restaurant that focuses on providing a great dining experience with great food and beverages! We combine the "mom & pop" mentality with a modern dining atmosphere! If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable dining experience for our guests and fun place to work for our staff!

Responsibilities:
- Daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the owner
- Running a quality operation
- Ensuring staff adherence to standards and procedures while understanding the needs and wants of our customers
- Manage restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness and consistently monitor product and labor costs
